APPOINTMENTS, BOOKINGS, NO SHOW POLICY & CANCELLATIONS

As a courtesy, text reminders will be sent the day before your appointment. You must respond to the text as confirmation of your attendance. Please arrive 5 minutes before your booking.

​

We will call you 15 minutes before your dog is ready to be picked up.

If you are late to your appointment or late picking up your dog, you will incur a late charge. This is because we don't have day care nor do we allow other dogs to be in the same space. This in turn makes the next client wait and the groomer potentially having to work later than planned.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, a minimum of 24 hours before the appointment.

We do not wish to incur a no show fee….

For new clients we will ask for a £25 Non-refundable deposit to hold your appointment and the remainder after consultation to be paid by card or cash.

This will be taken off of your grooming account when you come to pick up your dog. We will send a link via text or email and it will need to be paid before the groom to confirm your appointment unless we have discussed alternative arrangements.

 

**​If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your groom we ask you to inform us within 24 hours of your groom.
**We will often take photos of your pet for social media. if you would prefer us not to do this please let us know at the appointment.

I’m sorry, but there is no waiting room. I will pick up your pooch from the door and bring him out to you once completed.

Please note, all accounts must be settled on the day. I do not give credit.
