Prior to your first appointment, we will ask you to fill out a short questionnaire about your dog. Name, age, skin allergies, temperament, weight etc. a free consultation either by phone or in person will be given to discuss what groom is best for you and the dog’s lifestyle. Prior to any subsequent bookings, we will always ask if there are any changes in the dog or grooming preference.
Currently, we are unable to take dogs larger than 20kg
If your dog is matted or has large knots we may not be able to keep the length and will have to go shorter than you want for the welfare of the dog. Removing *matts take longer and will be charged accordingly.

Whether it be a full groom, traditional cut or pet trim, cute face, hair length, a tidy up or just sanitary areas, we will ensure you get the style you want for your pooch.
Traditional cut/breed specific- Purebred dogs have a set of rules when it comes to a haircut, you can spot them a mile away. Schnauzers with their overhanging asymmetrical fringe, Westies, Poodles and the bouffant up do. Traditional haircuts are what you would see in Crufts.
Pet Trim or Clip all Over is a popular groom for most dogs. Sometimes the maintenance of a specific cut or dog is just too time consuming for an owner. The hair will be clipped to your desired length and the face scissored to your requests.
Only one pup will be allowed at any time unless they are from the same household. This means less distractions and less anxiety. Your dog's welfare is in our best interest.
